The Dept of Consumer affairs maintains this volunteer agreement list of California Colleges that have been approved by the Bureau of Private, Postsecondary and Vocational Education comprised of schools that have volunteered to be subject to DCA oversight for the consumer protection of the student.  As you visit the DCA website you will notice that the Association of Christian Alcohol & Drug Counselors is listed as an approved college that has voluntarily agreed to be under DCA oversight.
